Hess III Consulting has developed comprehensive compliance programs for dozens of government funded health and human services providers requiring compliance with Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations. We have facilitated accreditation for health plans and providers through the Joint Commission, Council on Accreditation, CARF, Association for Suicidology, among others.

 

When compliance concerns have arose we have resolved citations; designed and implemented corrective action plans, notices to cure, demonstrated fulfillment of legal settlement agreements. In limited circumstances, when concerns were too material or we weren’t brought in early enough, Hess III Consulting has also project managed the dissolution of organizations.
