Corporate Description. Hess III Consulting, LLC (H3C) was founded in 2007 to “design, implement and optimize health solutions!” H3C was founded by Robert Hess III based on his personal and family experience with mental health, including six years of chronic homelessness. H3C began by offering grant writing services and grew into a best-in-class boutique business management consulting firm for health and human services (HHS) payors and providers.

To date, H3C has secured over $40 billion in revenue for health payors, implementing successful projects that have affected more than 85 million lives, in all 50 States and 7 US Territories, for nearly 200 organizations, including the 10 largest managed care health plans in the US, multiple Fortune 500, 200, 100, 50, and 10 companies, local/State/Federal government entities: in addition to working in Mexico, India, Costa Rica, the Republic of the Philippines, Kenya, Tanzania.
