Substance Use Treatment

We support evidence-based prevention, harm reduction,  early intervention, and treatment of substance use disorders across the continuum of care. These include working in street outreach, home and community-based services, crisis settings, inpatient detox, residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, standard outpatient, sober living, and other supportive housing models of care. 

We also support system-level partners to identify substance use health disparities, design specialized care management and disease management programs that eliminate stigma and meet individuals in recovery where they are to support longitudinal recovery.
