The Health Impact Community is a mission-driven network for health and human services leaders, providers, payers, policymakers, and advocates committed to improving health access and strengthening local systems of care. Through monthly networking events, hands-on volunteer opportunities, discounted advisory services, and targeted micro-grants and scholarships, we help health and human service organizations build trusted relationships, share practical solutions, and turn ideas into measurable community impact.
Join our Health Impact Community mailing list to connect with like-minded change-makers, stay close to what’s happening in the field, and accelerate results for the people and communities you serve.
Monthly Networking Events
We host monthly networking events in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona to bring together health and human services executives in a sales-free environment, so they can connect, collaborate and coalesce around industry trends.

Volunteering in the Community
Since our founding, we have rolled-up our sleeves and locked arms with local non-profit organizations, contributing over 2,000 volunteer hours and gifted over $20,000 worth of in-kind donations to support their mission-aligned work. Check out our events calendar and join us for our next volunteer opportunity.
Pro-bono and Discounted Advisory Services
We offer pro-bono and discounted advisory services to non-incorporated and early-stage non-profit organizations working to expand access to care. Each organization is hand-selected on an individual basis based on mission alignment and potential impact. To-date we have facilitated 45 pro-bono projects with grassroots organizations and offered over $300,000 in discounts to emerging causes and organizations seeking to scale their impact.

Micro-Grants and Corporate Giving
We hand-select local non-profit organizations that are making a significant impact in their community and award them; to-date, we've awarded over $55,000 in micro-grants to local non-profits.
Waymond Lee Pace Scholarship Fund
In honor of our founder's mentor, who helped him transition out of chronic homelessness, we award the Waymond Lee Pace Scholarship annually to student(s) pursuing careers in health and human services.
