About the Facilitator

Alexis Santiago, LMSW, CPHQ

A resident of Tucson Arizona, Alexis brings over 24-years experience in health and human services with deep expertise in regulatory compliance, clinical quality management, clinical records audits, supervision, licensure, accreditation and teaching. In addition to her consulting work with Hess III Consulting, she is faculty at Pima College teaching clinical records documentation for Certified Peer Support Specialists, Behavioral Health Technicians, Behavioral Health Professionals and Supervisors in Arizona.
